Create your artwork with graphic design software such as Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PageMaker and so on. Refer the templates below. Save your artwork as graphic file; BMP, JPEG, or TIFF
Each pixel value of templates is equal to length in inches at 300 DPI.

- Do not add guidelines, borders or crop marks or bleed lines on your graphic!! Solid and dotted lines on templates are just guides for your artwork.
- Cutting Area is used for adjustments. Trim may be ANYWHERE inside Cutting Area.
- Extend entire background graphic to the edges but keep your text out of Cutting Area. Don't leave Cutting Area blank! You may get white borders around your inserts and tray cards.
- Any text or graphic elements in Cutting Area / No Text Zone may get trimmed.
- Avoid to use fonts smaller than 8 points especially for Disc Face.
- Use font color that contrasts against the background to make it readable.
Tips:
TIFF and BMP file format give you the best result. But, the file size would be much bigger than JPEG. You might want to use JPEG files to upload over the slow internet connection. The highest quality JPEG is as good as TIFF or BMP. The color disc printer prints RGB color on white surface disc. If your disc face image is not RGB format, like CMYK, it will be converted to RGB in process. |
